2001 BMW R1100RT. 57,978 miles. This bike has always been garage kept and meticulously maintained. ABS, heated grips, adjustable windshield, top case, Sargent seats.I have done most of the maintenance myself on this bike. Every 3,000 miles I changed the oil & filter, transmission fluid, and differential fluid. I did the brake fluid at least once every two years. Last year (3,000 miles ago) I did the spark plugs and air filter, and I had a dealer perform a valve adjustment and throttle sync. There are minor scratches on the right mirror, right cylinder head guard, and the fairing behind the right saddle bag. The bike was set down at a red light without the bags on. See the photos for closeups of the scratched areas.There is no better bike for sport touring. All the utility of a Gold Wing with the performance of a sport bike. Smooth as glass on the highway and fun as heck in the twisties.I have an adapter for your battery charger that goes into the accessory outlet in the dash - you can charge the battery in the winter easily without having to pull out the battery. I will also include an adapter for your socket that fits this bike's oil filter to make it easy to change the oil filter and torque it appropriately. $5175,
