SALES RESTRICTION Due to Lead Content requirements established by the CPSIA Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act, as interpreted by the CPSC Consumer Products Safety Commission, this motorcycle or ATV is not intended primarily for children 12 years of age or younger. In their public announcement of the stay (which the CPSC had a total ban on motorcycles and atvs), the CPSC Commissioners acknowledged that the levels of lead typically found in the aluminum, steel, and copper alloys used in youth motorsports vehicles present little or no health risk, and that stopping the sale of youth motorsports vehicles creates a much greater health risk.
