LIFAN LF250-B CRUISER, Brand New and Fully Assembled and Ready to Ride. The engine is an Air-Cooled, V-Twin-Cylinder, 4 stroke with an actual motor size of 248.9cc. The motor has an output of 18.5 horsepower at 8000 rpm. The cycle has an electric start system. Front disc brake/hand brake with a rear drum brake controlled by foot pedal. The transmission is a 5 speed with a manual hand clutch. The cycle has a 2 gallon tank with an estimated 90 mpg. Your results may vary, but you will be close after your break-in period. We have both colors produced in the 2009 models, midnight black or burgundy red. You will love this ride and ease of shifting. Its a great motorcycle for several reasons, it is not a heavy cycle-makes it easy to hold up, keep balance, stop at red lights, etc. The other reason, the cycle sits low so that you don't have to straddle a tall bike, a person of 5 foot can easily lift their leg over the bike, not to mention, people with bad knees, hips, etc. Its a great bike for beginners, the nuetral light lets you know when its in nuetral for starting, the handle bars are situated for comfort and the mirrors give you high visability. The motorcycle has a kick stand warning that will kill the motor if you try to shift into gear with the kickstand down, another great feature for first time owners and riders.
