2004 Paughco 1948 Panhead Illusion Tired of cookie-cutter billet bikes? This bike is the best of both worlds. It is a nice combination of modern technology and old world looks. This bike was built with all new parts and no compromises were taken. There are less than 1,000 miles on this bike! Engine: 88 cubic inch big bore Pan Head. Generator right side and alternator left side S&S cases. Heads are dual plug STD units with external oil plumbing. Has a mild cam and EVO lower valve train with billet lifter housings. Carb is a Mikuni 42mm unit and is smooth! Show chromed case covers. All balanced and blueprinted. 2 into 1 exhaust is custom made from stainless and then show chromed. The iginition is high output CDI. Custom billet oil filter mount placed where generator would normally go. The motor has tons of torque and the best reliability. Drive Train: New factory Harley Davidson transmission and drive components. Has a Arts show chromed hydrolic clutch system. Frame: Custom wide soft tail using 5 x 16 rear aluminum wheel. Front wheel is 3.5 x 18 mounted to a new custom factory type springer front end. All wheels have stainless spokes and are show chromed. Front disc brake mounted on a custom T6 aircraft aluminum bracket. Rear brake is factory Harley. Dual shocks are mounted to a White Brothers adjustable lowering kit. Rear struts are hidden inside fender for that real rigid look. Tanks are large gallon units. Foot boards are machined from solid billet and have isolators. Hand controls are all billet. There is much more than what I can list here. This bike rides smooth and would be good for long distance running. A serious bike for the serious rider that really wants to be different. Will consider trades. Contact John at $17900.00
